How remote support works
When you call JHE support and an engineer needs to access your screen, follow these three steps:

Download & run
Click “Download Splashtop SOS” above. Run the file — no installation needed, it starts immediately.

Share your code
A 9-digit session code appears on screen. Read it to the JHE engineer over the phone — they’ll connect instantly.
03
Stay in control
You can see everything the engineer does. Close the app at any time to end the session — nothing is left installed.

Your data is safe. Splashtop SOS sessions are end-to-end encrypted, require your explicit consent to start and leave nothing behind on your device. JHE engineers can only connect when you share your session code. More downloads — VPN clients, Mac agent and more — will be added here as they’re rolled out.
